Holding Space For Mom

Tuesdays at 7:30 pm

Join us for this free weekly support group to gain connection, grounding, and the knowledge that you are not alone in navigating the challenges as a mom. You will have the opportunity to connect with others through experience, strength, and hope. This group is for anyone on their perinatal journey, prenatal through the early years of parenting. Babies and kids welcome to attend with mom if needed. This group meets Tuesday evenings, from 7:30 pm until 8:30 pm. First time registration is required and attendance is possible at any time thereafter.

Hi, I’m Amanda. I’m a fellow traveler, healer in recovery, and honored to support others on their journey to discover and experience peace. The mind is ready to “move on” much faster than the body, and I want to support the integration of both so you can stop going to war with yourself. Recovery is greater than pathology.

Hi, I’m Sydney. I support caregivers struggling with transition and grief to get to a place of connection and joy. I walk out my own recovery as a Mom and find it healing to vulnerably share my experiences. Humanizing the journey of parenthood to allow one to become their best version of self is my passion.
