Supervision
More often than not, we leave graduate school unprepared to do actual work with real clients who walk into our offices. Clinical supervisors are instrumental in providing encouragement, professional training, leadership, clinical direction, expanding perspectives, and challenging barriers with their supervisees.
If you ask a seasoned clinician what provided the most growth for them throughout their career – they will mention one of two things – a really difficult clinical experience and a strong supervisor (and you need a supervisor for both of those).
The Healing Collective currently provides supervision for Licensed Social Workers in SC and NC, Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist in NC and SC. Our supervisors have experience in all clinical settings and meet criteria for supervision in both SC and NC. Individual supervision is $170/hour, and there are often group opportunities at a lesser hourly rate – contact us for more information on what may be available today.

The Healing Collective supports community healing through providing a continuum of services to individuals, couples, and families. Our mission is “helping families feel to heal”. In our commitment to the community, we have also added our passion in training and teaching other healers how to use the Experiential Model.
We provide several trainings that have been approved by NC or SC NASW for CEU’s so our training is valuable not just for learning the modality but also for licensure requirements. It’s a pleasure and an honor to teach our specialty to other healers and build the access of recovery to our community.
