About The Healing Collective

Healing isn’t something we do to you.
It’s something we do with you — alongside you, human to human, story to story.

The Healing Collective is a trauma-specialized, integrative therapy practice serving clients across North and South Carolina.
We are a team of licensed clinicians, holistic practitioners, and recovery experts, united by a simple belief: healing has to go deeper than symptoms.

our processmeet our team

Our work blends evidence-based clinical care, somatic integration, and soul-rooted healing to treat the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.
Each of our therapists is deeply trained in modalities like EMDR, Inner Child Work, somatic therapy, and advanced nervous system regulation. These are integrated artfully into our proven four stage treatment model.

We are not just trauma-informed — we are trauma-specialized.

Our Philosophy

We believe true healing happens when all parts of you are welcomed.
That’s why we go beyond traditional talk therapy to include somatic work, inner child healing, recovery frameworks, and holistic practices.
We honor your nervous system, your story, your pace.

Healing with us isn’t about fixing what's broken — it’s about reconnecting to what’s always been whole inside of you.
Whether you're navigating burnout, trauma, relational wounds, or emotional disconnection — we’re here to walk beside you with integrity, tenderness, and clinical excellence.

From Surviving to Thriving — And Showing Others the Way

Meet the Founder

Amber Tolbert

Hi, I’m Amber — founder of The Healing Collective, therapist, energy healer, and fellow traveler on the recovery path.

For years, I believed that if everyone else was happy, I would be too. I made myself small, reacted to life instead of living it, and carried the weight of others' needs.
Through 18 years of recovery, marked by the loss of my father to addiction and shame, I learned how to meet myself with compassion instead of survival. Healing taught me that real peace comes from loving others without abandoning myself.

CREDENTIALS
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work and Public Health.
I’m also an experiential psychotherapy practitioner, Reiki practitioner, and skilled at support family systems in stepping out of dysfunction and into recovery.

A LITTLE BIT MORE ABOUT ME
One of my favorite hobbies is gardening. I’m not great at it, but I love to play in the dirt and make overgrown areas look beautiful again. I love yard work and supporting nature. As a kid, I grew up on a farm and planted many gardens, herb gardens, and hay fields. So I feel most calm when i’m giving back to the earth.

Today, I help people suffering from codependency and family dysfunction reconnect with the parts of themselves that were never nurtured — so they can finally feel whole, seen, and safe.
I believe healing isn’t just about coping — it’s about reclaiming your life, your voice, and your belonging.

My purpose

The Healing Collective isn’t a clinic — it’s a community of real people doing real healing, just like you.
Our team is made up of trauma-informed, recovery-driven clinicians who have walked their own healing journeys.
We don’t just "get it" — we’ve lived it.
You’ll be supported by therapists who are committed to ongoing growth, both personally and professionally.

How I support you in your recovery

I create room for you to be you. This space allows you to discover what your recovery means to you based on your values and spirit.

How I support you in building a relationship with self

Let’s be a little messy and a lot a bit human. From there, I support you to find the “gray” parts of life where magic can generate. I find it powerful to name the different parts of you (or voices in your head) and, in the same light, build up the authentic human part of yourself that embodies your recovery and lasting resilience.

My recovery journey

My continuous recovery journey influences how I show up in our world. And as I consider the journey, it has included unraveling, re-discovery, and self-confrontation. Digging and tapping into the unknown of recovery is not easy, I know firsthand, and yet once I learned that I could trust to be both safe and uncomfortable, it became more tolerable to wiggle into these spaces. I continue to find growth edges, and it is always worth it.

My Experience

I am a Master of Social Work candidate at the University of Michigan and a clinical social work intern at The Healing Collective. I use my previous psychodynamic, bodywork, and somatic teachings and experiences to support recovery for: trauma, anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and numbing and medicating (including substance abuse, eating disorders, and disordered eating and movement behaviors) to create inclusive, interactive, and immersive therapeutic experiences. While our bodies constantly talk to us, we might not always be listening. Accordingly, for the past 10 years, I have facilitated yoga, barre, and pilates practices that play with the intertwining actions of structure and freedom. I blend the sacred methods of sound healing with modern science to create sensation-based experiences. Specifically, I use Tibetan and crystal sound bowls to tap into our body’s energy centers and parasympathetic nervous system through the vagus nerve. I also have a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, which I have used to advocate for public health policy and quality improvement changes concerning appropriate, creative, and person-centered services for weight bias, eating disorders, and gender-affirming care.

More about me

I am a passionate dog mommy to a giant Saint Bernard mix, Baloo. We love exploring our natural world, splashing in the water, and collecting natural keepsakes.

What Element Do You Resonate With?

Earth. I resonate with the grounded spaces of earth. Like the earth and warm grass fields beneath us, I seek to nurture and provide balanced abodes for all. If it weren’t for my logic-driven husband, we would be foster fails for hundreds of animals.

How I support you in your recovery

I specialize in numbing and medicating and work with individuals and families. I support you in your recovery by providing the opportunity to create a life filled with boundaries and safety. Recovery is a continuous process with lots of ups and downs. Support is provided in walking with you as you explore your needs and heal your inner child in order to step out of pathology and into recovery.

How I support you in building a relationship with self

I practice what I preach first and then help guide others in creating their own practice that works best for them. I help you step into your own power and be able to choose how you move forward in their lives and choose who gets to be a part of that. As a therapist specializing in numbing and medicating I can support individuals and families who want to live a more intentional life in recovery.

My recovery journey

My program is ACA, Adult Children of Alcoholics and Dysfunctional Families. Being a part of a family system with dysfunction both within and outside active addiction was a major defining factor of my recovery. It informs how I show up as a clinician and also how it has defined relationships for me. I am currently in active recovery and have to work daily to be present in that.

My Experience

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate in North Carolina. I have 5 years experience in the field, including experience in a treatment center and in outpatient therapy. I obtained my master’s degree in Social Work from UNC Charlotte in 2023 and joined The HC team in 2023. I obtained double undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Exercise and Sport Science from UNC Charlotte in 2019. I am an experiential therapy resident with a special interest in the power of group process.

More about me

I am a dog mama to my golden retriever, River. I am a dancer at heart and love to use that as a coping skill in my household.

What Element Do You Resonate With?

Air. I identify with air because it is the most basic need of the human body. Listening to my body and focusing on the basics is what resets me and lets me know when I need to practice self care. As an extrovert it also allows me to communicate and connect with others, which is essential to refilling my cup.

We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, prioritizing safety, patience, and compassion as you learn to build a healthy, trusting relationship with yourself.

My recovery journey

My own therapeutic journey began in adolescence and continues to this day. I became a clinician because I understand what it means to feel unseen—and I want my clients to feel truly understood and supported. I practice what I teach and know firsthand that each step toward recovery requires strength and courage. Walking alongside you on your journey is a privilege I do not take lightly.

More about me

I’m a new mom to a wonderful little boy and an animal lover—I share my home with a cat who is always close by. On rainy days, you’ll find me watching Law & Order or using music and art as outlets for self-expression and stress relief. I also enjoy weightlifting for both physical and emotional well-being.

What Element Do You Resonate With?

Earth. I’ve always enjoyed being in nature. I love the fresh air and seeing animals in the wild. I love the colors of the trees in all of their seasons. Every time I slow down to enjoy this earth, I find myself feeling thankful and grounded.

How I support you in your recovery

The way I support my clients in their recovery is to offer accountability in sessions, provide resources to expand their recovery community and knowledge, and model how to walk it out through reparenting and trusting their own intuition. I offer MARI assessments to help clients visualize the journey they are on and work through stuck points. I offer intensive sessions to allow for time to dive deep into the wounded parts that cause pathology and come out the other side with more recovery and healing. I offer workshops based in right-brain healing to expand your insight and to allow the time and space to practice walking out their recovery with other people.

How I support you in building a relationship with self

I support my clients first by walking out my own recovery and will never ask anyone to do something in session that I have not already done myself and oftentimes will do right alongside them. I also create a safe and supportive space for them to show up as they are, with curiosity and empathy rather than judgment. I incorporate right-brain healing techniques into my sessions to assist clients in connecting with the hidden and often unseen/unheard parts of themselves that have been wounded. In doing so, my goal is to support my clients in healing core wounds and moving from surviving to living their most authentic self.

My recovery journey

My program is ACOA, Adult Children of Alcoholics and Dysfunctional Families. My recovery journey has been filled with starts and stops, progress and regression, scary moments where I’ve had to learn to do different than I’ve ever done before, and moments of gratitude for everything I am continuing to learn about myself and what I am capable of. In addition to connecting with other fellow travelers, my recovery program consists of inner child journaling and drawing, breaking generational patterns as I reparent myself and parent my son at the same time, pausing to allow for creativity and learning to prioritize myself.

My Experience

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker, Clinical Practice, in South Carolina and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina. I am a Clinical Social Work Supervisor in North Carolina and South Carolina and am a Certified Mandala Assessment Research Instrument Practitioner (Certified MARI Practitioner). I have 13 years of experience in the field in a variety of settings. I obtained my master’s degree in Social Work from Adelphi University in 2013 and joined The HC team in 2019. I obtained my undergraduate degree from St. Thomas Aquinas College in 2006 majoring in Psychology. I am an experiential therapy practitioner with training in complementary therapeutic modalities and right-brain-based healing modalities, including MARI, Broken Bowl technique, Polyvagal and Intuitive Drawing, Bilateral Body Mapping, and other adjunctive creative expressive arts therapy techniques. I am also an energy healer trained in Holy Fire Reiki.

More about me

I am a mom of a funny and sweet little boy, dog mom, wife, daughter, sister, friend, creative, healer, human, perfectly imperfect, messy but organized, forever evolving, artist and fellow woowoo.

What Element Do You Resonate With?

Fire. I am most drawn to fire, but the low, smoldering kind of fire that burns beneath the surface or low to the ground, full of warmth and potential. It’s the core of where my creativity and intuition come from, flaring up at times but always steadily burning inside.

How I support you in your recovery

My specialty areas include numbing and medicating with substances or other means, codependency, anxiety, and families coping with developmental or behavioral challenges. I feel that everyone is worthy and deserving of recovery, and of living a fulfilled and connected life. I believe it is my role as a clinician to provide a compassionate, empathetic, and safe space to explore the roots of what is no longer serving you and step forward into your authentic truth. As a board-certified music therapist, I wholeheartedly believe in the power of music to transcend physical and psychological boundaries and facilitate healing. I feel strongly that our connection with creative and expressive arts allows us to share and process on a much deeper level than with words alone, so our sessions will often incorporate many types of expressive and experiential methods beyond standard talk therapy.

How I support you in building a relationship with self

The most important relationship to heal and grow in recovery is the one with self. Without that, we cannot have healthy relationships with anyone else. We can’t develop our relationship with self unless we are able to stay connected to our internal feelings and experiences rather than mentally checking out or staying busy to avoid feeling. I support this relationship in sessions through experiential exercises to help build awareness of feelings, understand what is creating dysregulation, and find new ways to cope with those challenges that allow us to stay grounded, connected, and present in recovery.

My recovery journey

My own struggle with anxiety and codependency began early, rooted in dysfunctional generational patterns from my own family. I understand first-hand what it is like to feel lost, overwhelmed, and alone even in a room full of people. I have been on the other side of the therapy chair, though my first attempts at wellness were surface level. It was not until my challenges arose again as I became a wife and mother that I truly started the difficult and scary deeper work of creating and curating my own recovery, including connecting as a fellow traveler in my ACoA (Adult Children of Alcoholics and Dysfunctional Families) program.

My Experience

I am a nationally Board Certified Music Therapy, a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist in North Carolina, and an Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor in South Carolina. I provide supervision as a Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) in North Carolina. I am also a Certified Sound Healer and Certified Mandala Assessment Research Instrument Practitioner (Certified MARI Practitioner). I have 13 years of experience in the field in a variety of settings. I obtained my master’s degree in Music Therapy from Radford University in 2011 and joined The HC team in 2022. I obtained my undergraduate degree from Elon University in 2008 majoring in Music Performance. I am an experiential psychotherapy practitioner with training in complementary therapeutic modalities including MARI, sound healing, and NDIT. I am also an energy healer trained in Holy Fire Reiki.

More about me

I’ve been married to my soul complement for over 10 years and I’m mama of 3 beautiful kiddos and a small animal menagerie. I am a neurodivergent adult and learning a lot now about how that has been present throughout my life and how I can better practice empathy and compassion with myself. I feel most at peace and able to ground myself near water, and music is and has always been my biggest coping skill.

What Element Do You Resonate With?

Water. I am most drawn to water. It is powerful and constantly changing and evolving. It has the capacity to destroy, but also to cleanse and create space for new. Water is where I am drawn to get back to my center and find a sense of calm.

How I support you in your recovery

I encourage community until it starts and sticks – we cannot do recovery without vulnerability and others!

How I support you in building a relationship with self

I support you in shifting your focus from the external world where we have little control to the internal world to learn how to regulate and manage our reactions to life events. I bring in the neuroscience and understanding of what’s happening with our brains so we can “hack” it and support you in making recovery more attainable.

My recovery journey

Substance use in my family system that allowed me to find and enter recovery before those using was a very empowering experience. I experienced the power of engaging in my own work, including EMDR, energy work and experiential therapy for healing past traumas and addressing anxiety/panic attacks.

My Experience

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker, Clinical Practice, in South Carolina and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina. I am a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist in North Carolina as well as a Certified Clinical Supervisor for Clinical Addiction Specialist Associates. I have 11 years of experience in the field in a variety of settings. I obtained my master’s degree in Social Work from the University of South Carolina in 2015 and joined The HC team in 2020. I obtained my Bachelor of Science from College of Charleston in 2013. I am an experiential therapy practitioner with intervention training and experience, and I have a special interest in the neuroscience of recovery and numbing and medicating behaviors.

More about me

I am a mom to a sweet little girl and a wild Doberman. I love to travel and spend time outside, and my husband and I are foodies and love to cook and bake.

What Element Do You Resonate With?

Earth. I can feel refreshed in any landscape, just by connecting with natural surroundings and quieting the chaos. I like being reminded of how small I am and how many life forms can live off of the land. It feels like there’s a place for everything. Like an organized pantry.

How I support you in your recovery

I support you in taking that first step into the recovery process. I walk with you every step of the way and ensure that you are matched with the best clinician for your needs. I know that reaching out is often the scariest step, so I aim to open the door and walk you through to the start of the path.

How I support you in building a relationship with self

I am just starting to explore this recovery journey and am so grateful for such an incredible team of female recovery warriors to learn from!

My recovery journey

I have been in the customer service field for almost 40 years. I graduated from Katherine Gibbs School with a major in Information Processing in 1986. I joined The HC team in 2023. I specialize in ensuring the entire process of working with The HC is as seamless as possible so that you can feel safety as you begin your journey.

More about me

I am the mom of three phenomenal grown children whom I adore as well as a daughter, sister, auntie and loyal friend. My husband of almost 35 years and I are at the beginning stage of building our forever home on the lake along with our fur baby.

What Element Do You Resonate With?

Water. The ocean is the place where I have always felt the safest. The force of the tide humbles me while quieting all the noise around. I am reminded of how small we all are when looking at the never ending horizon. The sound of waves calms me but still with all its power, I feel safe and at peace. It gives me perspective.

Real Healing Starts When You Quit “Should”-ing All Over Yourself

Let’s be honest - “should” is a four-letter word in my book. Most of us are drowning in expectations - family, friends, society, social media, and those stubborn generational scripts that whisper “that’s just how it’s always been.” If you’re stuck, numb, anxious, or caught in patterns that don’t serve you, it’s not because you’re broken. It’s because you’re human, and you’ve been handed a playbook written by someone else.

How I support you in building a relationship with self

Dysfunction teaches us to self-sacrifice. Chronic people-pleasing? Guilt and shame for even thinking about your own needs? Yep, I’ve been there. Real healing means learning how to put yourself first, build trust with your own inner child, and become the most important relationship in your life. My job is to help you find your voice, your power, and the courage to create relationships based on authenticity and accountability - starting with the one you have with yourself.

My recovery journey

My own healing started with panic attacks and anxiety in college - long before I had the language for what I was carrying. When I found ACA (Adult Children of Alcoholics and Dysfunctional Families) in 2017, it clicked: you don’t need alcohol in the home to inherit the weight of dysfunction. Workaholism, religion, codependency, perfectionism… those are all forms of numbing and survival. I learned that what we don’t heal gets handed down, just with new wrapping paper.

Today, I’m walking my own path of emotional sobriety, showing up as a Fellow Traveler with clients. I’m not above you - I’m beside you. That’s how real recovery works.

My Experience

  • Licensed Professional Counselor: SC, NC, DE
  • 14+ years in mental health-individuals, couples, families, and groups
  • Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling, University of South Carolina School of Medicine
  • Certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C)
  • EMDR Trained (EMDRIA approved)
  • Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200)
  • Holy Fire Reiki Practitioner
  • Experiential Psychotherapy & Energetic Healing

More about me

The best title I’ll ever have is “Mom” to my daughter. My Sheltie, Ollie, is my co-therapist and office mascot - he takes “let’s go to work” very seriously and claims the best spot in the room. Lilith, my cat and constant companion, is usually curled up in my lap for every session, making sure no one leaves without a dose of feline wisdom (or a judgy stare - she’s got range). Crystals, oracle cards, and a dash of astrology are always close by for me personally, and for our work if that’s something you want to incorporate. If you’re looking for someone who believes in the magic and the science of healing, who lifts heavy weights and spirits, and who can tell you which planet is making you feel “some type of way” - I’m your girl.

What Element Do You Resonate With?

Fire. I am a fire sign, and fire is the energy that makes life exciting. I follow the flames to support me in seeing what needs to be cleared out and made anew.

How I support you in your recovery

My work is all about helping you dig up the “why” behind your pain - not just slapping a band-aid on symptoms. We’ll shine a light on the roots of your patterns, name the generational and family dynamics at play, and rewrite the story from survival to thriving. Together, we’ll figure out how to live on your own terms, not someone else’s.

How I support you in your recovery

“Together We Can Do What We Cannot Do Alone.”
Hi, I’m Amber. I love supporting people stuck in the grips of addiction, those who have lost sight of themselves, those ready to take back their power, those who want to know what peace feels like. Originally, I specialized in family systems, conflict, relationships, identity (sense of self), self-worth, numbing, anxiety, depression, and codependency. As the Founder and Chief Operating Officer of The Healing Collective, I love supporting our team to grow and better serve our valued clients. I walk with you in transparency and integrity, honoring my belief that I teach what I need to learn the most. Sometimes that looks like upholding boundaries of loving from a place of honoring your process rather than becoming your friend. My role requires me to walk a path before I can guide someone else down it. I love the freedom I get in no longer requiring perfectionism, and therefore walking out transparency for my inner child when I make mistakes or wish I did something different. A key component I use in my role of support is educating from my lens and my understanding to allow others to apply the dots that fit for them. One of those components is language and the energy associated with the language I use with myself in my head, about myself when I'm referring to self with others, or the rigidity in my self compassion. The words I use are powerful and carry many messages beyond the literal meaning. I try hard to model that which is a benefit to my fellow travelers, but a requirement and a guideline with my inner child.

How I support you in building a relationship with self

Our role as clinicians is to shine the light in places that are too scary to go alone. We walk with you as the carrier of hope and believer in recovery. At times, we loan the courage we have earned until you have your own courage to keep going. We believe in you even when you don’t believe in yourself. I personally believe (and know) that recovery is something that every human can access and that stepping into your own recovery is the most powerful tool you have to change the world around you.

I help you to step into..."I didn't cause this, and it's my responsibility to heal it because I'm worth it." I guide you on a journey into your backstory to discover the little person that was left, forgotten, passed away, or abandoned. I support you in transforming your forms of numbing and medicating into forms of survival, thematically supporting the awareness of "until I go back and rescue me, I'm reaching outside of myself to fill a void hoping to be rescued by anything I can put in the hole." The process of integration happens when I can stay in my body and feel the hard feels with the awareness that I will be ok. The journey to that process is gruesome and can't be done alone as our body has mechanisms to override pain (emotional or physical) in an attempt to survive emotional unavailability - much like a surgeon can't do surgery on themselves. As a fellow traveler, I hold space and sit in the shit with you, honoring the excruciating pain of debriding all the armor that once kept me "safe" and is now no longer serving me because it keeps me stuck and disconnected.

My recovery journey

I am a Fellow Traveler since 2007 - ACA (Adult Children of Alcoholics and Dysfunctional Families), Perfectionism, Codependency. I had access to 12 step meetings long before I started using them. I avoided the option for years because it used the word "God". In my story I was exposed to beliefs that I was not in alignment with, and behaviors that I chose not to walk out. The consequences of my resistance was religious shaming from the leader of the church in a public way. This experience affected my relationship with my higher power. However, ACA taught me I could believe in anything I wanted, not just what was put on me. Today I am connected and guided daily by my higher power and I am never alone.

My Experience

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina and a Licensed Independent Social Worker, Clinical Practice, in South Carolina. I am a supervisor in both states. I have been in the field in different capacities for 24 years in a variety of settings. I obtained dual master’s degrees in Social Work and Public Health from the University of South Carolina in 2011 and founded The HC in 2012. I obtained my undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina in () majoring in Sociology. I am an experiential psychotherapy practitioner and an energy healer trained in Holy Fire Reiki. While building our incredible team at The HC and supporting hundreds of systems in pain, I developed The HC’s proprietary model to include aspects of inner child work, experiential psychotherapy, polyvagal theory, systems theory, and energy work, among other components. When you work with a member of The HC you experience the full continuum of healing - Mind, Body, Spirit, Recovery.

More about me

I am a boy mom to 2 precious boys, wife to a Fellow Traveler, believer in the Universe, and an animal lover.

What Element Do You Resonate With?

When I think about the elements my initial thought is, “oh I need them ALL”! And, what I’ve also noticed is each of them had a place as my recovery journey has deepened. Today, I resonate most with air. When I need support or I’m in my process, the pause and the breath bring me peace. It’s boundless, and I can’t see it, which is such a testament to my level of trust which has evolved through my recovery. Today, I don’t have to see it to believe it.

Testimonials

“It's hard to imagine where my life would be without recovery at this point as I'm certain it's saved my marriage, relationship with my children, and my life. I've learned how to feel, love myself, have more grace and compassion, and break the cycle of dysfunction.”

“My life feels more fulfilled. I have tools to help regulate emotions and triggers. I have started to use my voice and implement boundaries to keep me and my little girl safe.”

“There is a way out and it is through the pain, something I avoided for decades, and couldn't do alone. I had no idea how freeing feeling and walking through the pain with others who know that pain could be.”

“Be patient with yourself; you didn't get here in a day, or a week, or even a year. It's not your fault. Be open and honest...to thine own self be true. Recovery really isn't a journey, its a lifestyle and it has its ups and downs but its a helluva lot better than where you're coming from - it is for me.”

“The work may seem exhausting at times but it's totally worth the healing and connections you build as a result of working with The HC.”

“I know that I didn't know where to start; I just knew that I needed help. And I'm so grateful and thankful for Amber and The Healing Collective for guiding me through this journey. I have continued to challenge myself more and more over the past 8+ years and while it's the hardest work I have ever done, it's so worth it. When I'm not sure what to do next, I trust the process.”

“Lives are being saved at Healing Collective - and I love how my mind has been changed just from knowing/interacting with the team/other clients.”

Join The Healing Collective

A community of clinicians. A culture of healing.

At The Healing Collective, we…
  • Work as a true treatment team — consulting, connecting, and growing together
  • Offer hourly employee pay (not contingent upon waiting on payments from insurance companies), with coaching to help you meet your financial goals
  • Provide CEUs, trainings, and ongoing education to help you grow your clinical and holistic toolbox
  • Welcome your whole self — your skills in yoga, energy healing, somatics, creativity, and more

We’re not just building a practice. We’re building a movement — one where therapists don’t have to choose between clinical excellence and soul-rooted care. If you're a licensed clinician who believes in the power of integrative healing, and you're craving a workplace that values recovery, team support, and personal growth — we’d love to meet you.

“Therapy is what we do, but it’s not who we are.”
Our team stays because we are allowed to be — fully, freely, and in community.
