The Shortcuts

There are no shortcuts to healing, but there are shortcuts on this page. Find frequently used links, virtual offices, forms and more below.

New Clients

What to expect

When you contact us, our intake team will do a brief screening to ensure you are connected with the most appropriate clinician. This screening will also allow you to ask us questions about our approach. After we answer any questions you may have, we will explain fees and set expectations for setting the foundation of treatment. If you feel it’s a good fit we will schedule the initial appointment. If you feel it’s not a good fit, we are happy to support you with a referral based on the privileged information you have shared with us.

Our services are virtual because it allows you access to any and all of our highly skilled clinicians, regardless of location. We believe strongly that access to high quality therapy tailored to your needs should not be restricted by time nor distance. From Asheville to Aiken, Raleigh to Hilton Head, Greensboro to Columbia- you will have access to all of our clinicians, groups, and workshops in our Fort Mill, Ballantyne, and James Island offices.
