How I Support You in Recovery

As a therapist specializing in trauma, addiction, and recovery from numbing behaviors, I offer a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can work toward your goals at your own pace. My experience spans work with adolescents, adults, and families—helping clients heal from trauma, manage anxiety, and address unhealthy coping patterns. I believe recovery is an ongoing process, unique to each individual and family. With the right support and guidance, you can find peace, comfort, and renewed purpose in your life. My goal is to be a steady, reliable presence on your journey toward healing.

How I Support You in Building a Relationship with Self

Recovery is not just about stopping harmful behaviors—it’s about reconnecting with yourself. I utilize The Healing Collective’s clinical model to gently guide you through the process of self-discovery, emotional healing, and personal growth. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, prioritizing safety, patience, and compassion as you learn to build a healthy, trusting relationship with yourself.

My Personal Recovery Journey

My own therapeutic journey began in adolescence and continues to this day. I became a clinician because I understand what it means to feel unseen—and I want my clients to feel truly understood and supported. I practice what I teach and know firsthand that each step toward recovery requires strength and courage. Walking alongside you on your journey is a privilege I do not take lightly.

A Little More About Me

I’m a new mom to a wonderful little boy and an animal lover—I share my home with a cat who is always close by. On rainy days, you’ll find me watching Law & Order or using music and art as outlets for self-expression and stress relief. I also enjoy weightlifting for both physical and emotional well-being.

What Element Do You Resonate With?

Earth

Earth. I’ve always enjoyed being in nature. I love the fresh air and seeing animals in the wild. I love the colors of the trees in all of their seasons. Every time I slow down to enjoy this earth, I find myself feeling thankful and grounded.
