Here at The Healing Collective, we know that clinical supervisors are instrumental in providing encouragement, professional training, leadership, and clinical direction. That’s why we offer supervision for Licensed Social Workers and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialists in North Carolina and South Carolina. Our supervisors have experience in all clinical settings and meet criteria for supervision in both states. Get to know a little more about them below!
Jenn Radcliffe is dually licensed as a Licensed Social Worker in North Carolina and South Carolina. With over 7 years of experience in the mental health and addictions field, she utilizes a trauma-informed, client-centered approach to therapy through experiential techniques (art, writing, psychodrama, etc.), mindfulness, dialectical behavioral therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy to support clients in uncovering behavioral patterns that have led to suffering.
Sydney Estes is a Licensed Independent Social Worker in South Carolina, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina, and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist in North Carolina. Over the past 7 years as a therapist, she has worked in schools, outpatient mental health, and substance abuse. In each of these settings, she has had the privilege to support walking alongside individuals on their path to healthy living.
Sam Schweitzer is dually licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina and a Licensed Independent Social Worker Clinical Practice in South Carolina. She is also a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist in North Carolina. With 8 years of experience, she utilizes compassionate reflective discrepancy, which involves motivational interviewing techniques along with exploration of related trauma, the family system, and unhealthy coping mechanisms.
Stacey Surratt is a nationally board-certified music therapy Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist and Certified Clinical Supervisor in North Carolina, and an Advanced Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor in South Carolina. In her 10 years of experience, she has worked in outpatient substance abuse treatment, the VAMC hospital system, and in private practice with focus areas including adults with substance use disorders, mental health, and children and adolescents with developmental and behavioral diagnoses. She is also a Certified MARI Practitioner, working with the intersection of color and symbol in drawn mandala art.
