Therapist Intern in SC - Chronic Illness, Dreamwork, Somatic Healing
How I Support You In Your Recovery
“When one is pretending, the entire body revolts.” – Anaïs Nin
This quote speaks to the way the body holds truth, even when the mind can't yet accept it. It reflects both my personal journey and my approach with clients: healing begins with acknowledgment. The path to healing can have many twists and turns, with both setbacks and breakthroughs. Often, the parts of you that feel most alive will point the way forward.
My role is to support you through life’s transitions, illnesses, losses, and awakenings. I help illuminate the places that feel stuck, disconnected, or confusing, offering tools that integrate the body, mind, and spirit. I specialize in working with individuals navigating chronic illness, emotional overwhelm, relationship dynamics, and spiritual disconnection. Whether you're unpacking family patterns, learning to regulate your nervous system, or exploring your inner world through dreams and creative expression—I walk with you through the process with presence and care.
How I support you in building a relationship with self
Our work is not just about exploring pain or wounds; it is also about discovering what inspires you—your creativity, your passions, your spark for life. I believe your relationship with yourself sets the tone for every other relationship in your life. In our work, we’ll nurture that foundation through curiosity, compassion, and connection. Together, we’ll explore how your past shaped your present and how to reclaim agency over your future.
My recovery journey
I’ve lived with chronic pain and autoimmune disease, along with the fatigue, limitations and fear that often come with them. These challenges led me to explore mind-body medicine, somatic healing, and integrative health. Dreamwork, creative expression, and nervous system retraining have all been powerful tools in my recovery. I’ve learned how to honor my limits without abandoning my potential. I bring that lived wisdom into every session—not as an expert, but as someone who deeply understands how sacred and messy healing can be.

More about me
Life keeps me busy as a mom, student, intern, and caregiver. I also love to read, write, and explore spiritual creativity. I teach a class called “Art as a Spiritual Practice” and facilitate a Women’s Spirituality Group based on The Four Agreements, by Don Miguel Ruiz. I’ve lived abroad, speak German, and bring a deep appreciation for different cultures, identities, and ways of being. I welcome people of all bodies, races, genders, sexualities, ages, and spiritual paths.
What Element Do You Resonate With?
Æther (Space). Space is not empty — it’s alive with possibility. Its deep stillness holds untapped potential while reflecting infinite expression. Space is multi-dimensional, primal, and ineffable. It reminds me that the places where we get stuck are not the limits of who we are, only the edges of what we’ve been taught to accept. And we are so much more. Space is a call to explore.
